ProductCSV Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ProductCSV application (the "Service") operated by ProductCSV ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

1.1. ProductCSV is a tool designed to assist Shopify store owners in managing their product variant pricing. The Service allows users to upload Shopify product data in CSV format, make pricing adjustments, and download the updated CSV for reimport into Shopify.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use this Service.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.

2.2. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload to our Service does not contain any sensitive or personal information beyond what is necessary for product management.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProductCSV and its licensors.

3.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ProductCSV.

4. Data and Privacy

4.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service.

4.2. You retain all rights to the data you upload to our Service. We do not claim ownership over any of your product data.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service.

5.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5.3. We reserve the right to change our fees upon thirty (30) days notice. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

6. Termination

6.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. In no event shall ProductCSV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

8.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

10.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
